YOU NEED: 45450
WE OFFER: 45450

Attention Illinois Students

If you were issued an initial real estate broker license PRIOR to 8/9/19, you need to complete 30 hours of post-licensing content.

If you were issued an initial real estate broker license ON or AFTER 8/9/19, you are required to complete 45 hours of post-licensing and a sexual harassment prevention training.

The CE Shop offers courses that meet the requirements of both scenarios. Be sure to select the courses that meet your specific needs.

Our Goal ~ One & Done!

Live classroom style interactive streamlined instruction with the student and instructor. It is just like being in the classroom, but you are the only student and getting all the attention!  Personalized 1 on 1 Custom Instruction ~ The Student Creates a Schedule to Fit Their Needs and Lifestyle.
Instructor led course, one on one with, C. MarLene McKinley, a predominant instructor with a proven successful record. MarLene contributes her students’ success rate to being well versed and experienced in “andragogy”, which is the art/science of teaching adults.
Once you finish the final exam on the Pre-Licensing portion, most schools will wave goodbye and wish you luck.  Not us, the course does not end until you pass the state exam.
