60-Hr. AL Sales Pre-Licensing Course

This course package includes all 60 hours of Alabama Pre-Licensing education.

This course provides 60 hours of instruction in basic principles of real estate required of all applicants for a salesperson license in Alabama. The course prepares learners for the Alabama licensing exam and provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Alabama. 30-Hr. AL Sales Post Licensing Course

Successful completion of your pre-license education earned you your license. But now that you’re in the business, post-license education will help you become the professional you want to be.

This course provides 30 hours of post-license instruction required for initial salesperson license holders within the first 6-12 months of licensure.

Topics include:

Working with buyers
Writing a purchase agreement
Negotiating offers
From contract to closing
Working with sellers to market their property
Working with sellers to correctly price their property
Avoiding liabilities
Technology in real estate


15-Hr CONTINUING EDUCATION (Sales)

This complete package includes all 15 hours of CE required for active license renewals.

6-Hr RECIPROCAL COURSE (Broker)

This course includes instruction on Alabama License Law and Regulations with emphasis on topics such as RECAD, trust accounts, disciplinary actions, office audits, and other responsibilities of a broker. Successful completion of this coursework is required prior to taking the state portion of the license examination.
