The 45-hour post-licensing course for real estate sales associates complements your foundation (pre-licensing) course with additional knowledge about the real estate business, the management of listings, and the contractual requirements of properties being bought or sold. This course must be taken within 18 to 24 months from your licensing start date, depending on the date and month of renewal.
