Traditional Classroom Instruction 

Exclusive Materials: (only available to students during the course) 

  • Class with live interactive extensive review of the entire course with Q & A and questions welcomed and encouraged.
  • Pre-recorded lectures.
  • A course book of “Key Important Points” focusing on the cogent points of the course eliminating much of the unnecessary details.
  • Extensive Question Banks delivered in a “game play” platform.
  • Math instruction “made easy” with questions and extensive explanation in easy to learn language.
  • Mock exams for the final and state exam.
  • Instructor availability outside of classroom hours. **

**If the student wishes to upgrade to the ongoing Instructor support

until passing the state exam, including personal live, one on one training:

an upgrade to the “Premium” course is available for only difference in the course cost.


Classes are design to fit anyone’s lifestyle and/or schedule.  You may create your own schedule and finish the course in a couple of weeks or take up to 6 months. All supplied ancillary study guides and classroom attendance is optional. Hours are calculated by completing the accompanying online workbook including passing a final exam, not by hours spent in the classroom.

Instructor Experience:

As a Licensed Real Estate Instructor both in Florida and Alabama, “MarLene” brings to the classroom with her the broad range of experiences that set her apart from other instructors in the field today.  MarLene attributes her students’ success rate to being well versed and experienced in “andragogy”, which is the art/science of teaching adults and the ability to integrate real-life experience into the course material that she is presenting. This fresh approach keeps her students more engaged and enables them to better understand the varied and sometimes challenging topics that they are presented in the classroom.

Career Counseling and Employment Assistance:

There are many types of Brokerage Compensation packages with as many degrees of training and support.  Finding the right brokerage for your needs can be like finding a “needle in a haystack”.MarLene McKinley, originally from the Gulf Coast of Alabama/Florida Panhandle, has been licensed and practiced Real Estate since 1998. She has practiced in California, Alabama, Florida and created her own brokerage over 12 years ago to provide students with “Fair Compensation and Procedures” until 2020. Today she holds Broker and Real Estate Instructor licenses in Florida and Alabama.

MarLene will assist you understanding what you should ask when interviewing a brokerage and what the replies mean before you decide to sign on the dotted line to join a particular brokerage. 

Yes, it is you interviewing the brokerage, not the other way around as presented to believe to new agents. She will provide you with her preferred Brokerages, cutting out hours of your time spent doing all the research only be told, “Come in for an interview and we will explain what our compensation is, and company is all about.”

Multiple Languages:

All online workbooks are in English; however, the school is currently working on adding the ancillary materials (provided by CRES) in additional languages.  The school is in process of translating the ancillary materials in Spanish, Mandarin, and more. ****
