THE “NEW” CLASSROOM

Instructor led course, created by C. MarLene McKinley, a predominant instructor with a proven success record. MarLene contributes her students’ success rate to being well versed and experienced in “andragogy”, which is the art/science of teaching adults.

This course meets and exceeds the requirements of the State.

“We Hold Your Hand Until You Pass the State Exam” *

Once you finish the End of Course exam in the Pre-Licensing course, most schools will wave goodbye and wish you luck.  Not us, the course does not end until you pass the state exam. This is where the “Real” studying begins!  What you score on the ‘End of Course’ exam that does NOT guarantee that you are ready to take the state exam.

Ask yourself, “Do other schools offer all these benefits and will the school assist me in preparing for the any and all exams until I pass?”

Classes are design to fit anyone’s lifestyle and/or schedule.  You may create your own schedule, attend classes as many times as you wish and finish the course in a week+ or take up to 6 +/- months. The choice is yours. Call for more information.  This course meets all the requirements of the State for pre-licensing education.

1.)  “BREEZE THROUGH QUICKLY”

Attend classroom sessions anytime and as many times as you wish or not at all, it is your choice.

Just listen to recorded lectures from the beginning with Chapter 1 then complete the Chapter 1 online course work. Repeat with Chapter 2 and so on until all chapters are checked off.

NOTE:  Important!!  This is an instructor led course. If during your studies, you run into any questions or need further explanation on a subject, you are to contact me immediately. You may email, text, or call in your questions 24 hours 7 days a week. Text is best.

I want you to contact me with the question immediately because if you wait until later, you will most likely forget it and I do not want you to do that.  I have everything set up so that it will not interrupt me if I am unavailable.

When you are completed with all chapters, there will be a practice test that you must take and pass with a minimum score.  Please complete it and get that check mark as well. Do not worry if you feel like you are not retaining anything. You ARE! I promise. Getting through the coursework is the start.

Once you have completed the practice exam and have all the check marks ticked off allowing you to take the End of Course exam, contact me for the End of Course/State review material. Do NOT take the End of Course exam.   If at any time you would like further information/clarification prior to this, please contact me 24/7..

2.) Review Material (Question Bank)

Study the question bank until you know it, not memorize it!  It is important to know the concepts and not memorize the answers as the questions on the tests will be of the concepts of the questions not the actual questions in the question bank.

3.) When you are confident you know the material, contact me, and I will set you up with “Mock Exams” and personalized tutoring.  Once you make 95% or higher on three tests in a row, you will be determined ready for the final and state exams.  This is by no means a guarantee, only a barometer by which to gauge your readiness.

WAIT THERE’S MORE!

All CRES Students and Alumni are provided with ongoing coaching and mentoring at no additional charge.  What this means to you as a student/alumnus is that I welcome you to text, email or call me 24/7* if you wish to bounce off ideas, need to vent, need some encouragement or a questioned answer in the field if your Broker or designated person is not available.  There may come a time you need information immediately and are unable to reach your “Guardian Agent” or Broker.  It is scary out in the field at first and I don’t want you to feel insecure while on a listing on a showing tour.  I want you to know that I will provide you with assistance until you can reach the appropriate source in your office.  I AM NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THEM, JUST A SUBSTITUTE TO REASSURE YOU ON THE ISSUE YOU ARE FACING FROM A SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL POINT.  Any decision you would make will be yours and NOT MINE.  I will always refer you back to your Broker asap to report and confirm.

There may be times you feel discouraged and ready to throw in the towel, please do not give up before we speak.  Anything that can happen in a real estate career, I have most likely experienced or know someone who has or come close.  Need ideas, need a second opinion on ideas, marketing etc., let’s brainstorm.
